We had a balcony stateroom below the pool decks and at night the staff were cleaning etc.  Noisy for those of us under them!  Staff was friendly and courteous.  Smoking areas were full most of the time and "outdoors."  Only one bar area and the casino indoors permitted any smoking.  There could have been a bit more accomodations.  There were also "non-smokers" visiting those areas without a problem.  I understand accomodating the "non-smoking" population also but a bit more areas to smoke would have given people more areas to congregate and visit.  Alot of the non smokers visited also.
