Our experience of booking through Cheap Cruises went seamlessly and our agent was delightful, professional and courteous. The Reflection was a good ship with nice efficient people running all areas except the Ice Bar Bartenders and the top Deck rear bartenders. They for some reason thought they were doing you a favor to serve you a drink or even make eye contact with you hile you sat less than 18 inches from their face. Everyone can have a bad day bt they were consistent with their arrogance for 7 days. The rest of the ship was staffed with exceptional hosts.
the entertainment was also above average from previous cruises I have taken, even to setting up a special venue to enjoy the National College Football Championship where snacks and drinks were served. Overall I give this a 4 star experience.

Make time for the evening entertainment--very good and energetic.
I would suggest hiring a driver and get a tour of the entire island. We had a great trip and learned much of their people , culture, economics and even held frightening looking sea life as well as fed iguanas and watched airplanes land and depart from a local beach. Also ate in a café with local faire--interesting and delicious!
Beautiful to look at from a distance--a nightmare to drive in. Signs to port are ambiguous
