I am a big fan of Celebrity. the food is very good, personnel friendly and directed to make the experience great for cruisers.

used a local tour company which was outstanding.
enjoyed a walking tour provided by a provider other than the ship
the excursion Mideval (sic) Rakvere and Tallinn tour we did was lame. Far too much time spent at an old fort, designed for adolescents to learn about fort life. Far too little time spent in old town Tallinn
