We love the three sister ships to start with. We love the food 2nd. However over and above all else the crew was more than terrific. They helped us through a hard time. We traveled with my brother and sister-in-law and before we left port we found out that their son's wife had a bad accident. She passed the next day. The crew did everything they could to aid them in communicating with their family and get them off safely in Jamaica to fly home. Thanks to everyone especially the gal at Guest Services. I believe her name was Alicia Edwards. I could have forgotten. Thanks again. You had already won us over before this happened, but we're in solid now. Thanks Carol Lipsit State Room 1290.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the food.  You cannot get fish that is not over cooked and dry.

I tried 3 times.  Everything else was fine.  I am not a very big beef eater so it limited what I could enjoy.

 

I am never disappointed when on Royal.  A-1 all the way.

No hidden charges!  ie free entertainment! Great food! Good service.

 

Went on Norweigien a couple of months ago (booked by my son) and was totally disenchanted.  Extra charges for everything.  $7.95 for room service.  Charges for 2 of the 3 main shows.  The rooms and hallways are smaller and the public space is shoulder to shoulder on sea days.

 

Excellent entertainment, service, embarkation. Lots of extra's that were very nice. Lots of opportunity to dance. Lots to do!! Couldn't get to everything. Great itineray. Only ship that spends 3 days in Hamilton. NOT boring!! Food was probably 4 star. This was our 14th or 15th cruise. Younger clientele, however not a lot of children.
