Cabin experience horrible

Reason for the poor rating is because of the ordeal we had to go through during our five day cruise. Our first night in our cabin we were not able to sleep due to some really bad noise coming from above, it was like carts rolling , we called and they sent a security and he heard all the rattling noise, the noise was lowered and we were able to get a little sleep. In the morning we requested to be moved to another cabin cause we didn't want to go through again with the same ordeal, so we moved, spent the day out and didn't return back to our room till midnight and that is when we noticed that the air was not cooling nor circulating , we called and a tech came out removed the grill for the ac and a bit cooler air came out but still the circulation was bad , we asked for a fan and were told that one was not available . We were moved to another room just for sleeping and the next day we returned to our room and by afternoon they found a fan that would help in the air circulation. I feel that this ship was rushed out of the renovation processĀ

Never had problems with Royal Caribbean till this trip ; two days of our trip were ruined because of the cabin ordeal, not to mention that originally the cruise was booked for April for birthday celebrating for my husband and had to change due to ship not being ready.
