We cruised on the Triumph several years ago before it was refurbished and it is an okay ship. The serving lines get a little long at times but otherwise we have no complaints except for the internet service. I paid for the $16 per day internet and it was slower than a dial up connection. Terrible at best. The ships staff was great and the Shore Excursion staff especially. We cancelled one at the last minute and substituted the "Living History and Island Tour" and got way more than we expected. Luz was the guide and she is a wonderful person and advocate for the island of Cozumel. She and that tour were the best parts of the cruise by far.
