This was my 8th cruise.  There were many bad experiences:  There were no drawers to put our clothes in. the room steward kept dirty/wet sheets on our kids bed and just pulled cover over it and he was really rude. he never vacuumed our room once.

the cruise line charges for the night time shows that are usually free on other cruise ships.  because the tips are already included, the staff seems to not care about customer service.

 We took our kids but, for the first time, it was inconvenient because the cruise ship closes the child care area from 12 to 2pm, and again from 5pm to 7pm.  you can never do anything because you always have to pick your kids up
