This was me and my wife's first cruise ,the only bad complaint that I have is ,when we arrived in miami, we didn't know where the port was .So a nice trolley driver took us all the way to the front door of the administrative office. When we walked in there were numerous employee of RCL standing outside. We asked were the ship was located and they ignored us .So we had to ask the security guard who pointed out where it was .Other then the that and the food being a little cold it was a great trip .Johnny and Negahr,in the main dinning room were amazing and very professional.
