Miami, Florida - I sailed out of the Port of Miami and of the 3 port I have sailed out of this was my 2nd favorite Port. The parking was ok, the personal out side the building directing passengers were to go was very helpful. The check in was very nice and smooth. The waiting area was also very comfortable.
Freeport, Grand Bahama Island - I enjoyed Freeport Bahamas more than Nassau Bahamas just because it was quite and didn't feel like a tourist trap like Nassau Bahamas. The beach we went to was very nice.
Progreso (Merida), Mexico - The port is very small and very poor, but if you go inland to the pyramid's you will see a very well off Mexico with even a Walmart lol! But the pyramid's are the best part of this port if you ask me. The people are very nice just very poor.
Cozumel, Mexico - Cozumel is one of my favorite places to visit in the world. The waters are beautiful, the island is still beautiful jungle in places and the people are very friendly. A little pushy at the markets but I guess that is to be expected. Chankanaab park is one of the most exciting places to visit. It offers snorkeling, scuba diving, gardens, zip line, dauphin and sea lions and so much more. And best of all the prices are very reasonable.
Ocho Rios, Jamaica - Jamaica is a beautiful place to see but a lot of poverty. The people are nice but very pushy if you are wanting to buy anything. I guess no more pushy then most places I have been in Mexico. The prices seemed to be a little high.
New Orleans - New Orleans is my favorite Port to leave from. Things are very smooth and the staff are wonderful. New Orleans has great historical sites to see and a lot of fun to offer. The people of New Orleans are so very nice and helpful with that great southern charm.
George Town, Cayman Islands - I have been to a lot of places but I must say Grand Cayman is one of my favorite places to visit, even thinking of flying there to spend more time. The people are very easy going and not pushy at all about anything. The water is some of the most beautiful waters I have ever see and the snorkeling and diving is some of the best in the world.
Bahama Islands - I didn't care much for Nassau Bahamas. I thought is was very expressive and to much of a tourist trap. I did however like the smaller island's, less crowded and slower pace.
