It's sad But true, Money is hard to make these days. All Because no Birth certificate Carnival treated us like crap. We called the main office they would'nt rebook us on another day.The Lady on the phone said No Refund, We wanted another Cruise not money back. we were only refunded $120,half of the port taxes. What a Joke when we paid over $700. .What an expensive lesson we Learned. We aren't the only fools out there. There were about 10 other people with the same Problem. on that same day. I have Nothing Nice to say about Carnival Cruise. Everyone that works there including supervisors are very RUDE.
