The best part of the cruise was the Love and Marriage Game Show and the Cha Cha dance lesson. The Cruise Director kept saying over and over how their crew was providing great customer service which I found to be far from true. The food was the worst quality that I've had on a cruise and the Activity Coordinator seemed to be bored/irritated at almost every event that he was a part of or hosting (he had a lot of slick comments). To send me off on an even worst note, I cut my toe on the front door of our room while leaving. Each person I talked to told me that I could get the band aid from the next person who ultimately sent me to another person until four people later I was able to get a simple band aid and they had no alcohol wipes. I could go on and on about other experiences I had at dinner and throughout the ship however I'll just leave it at saying that the level of service provided can use a lot of work.
