don't buy ship excursions

Bring jeans! Someone told us not to and with some cool days and walking we wished we had them.

Don’t expect any entertainment. Older person cruise

The staff on the ship is well trained and attentive.

Don’t take a steamer on board, it will be confiscated. Was suppose to be returned at the end of the cruise but it wasn’t.

Expect bare-bones cruise with cutbacks in all departments.

Looking for a quiet spot to read or relax, try the Explorers Lounge on the Lower Promenade deck. Also a great place to take in the music from the Lincoln Center.

Great ship size, smaller ships better service!

Dont do weekends!!

Get specific time allotments and days-of-week for each port and plan accordingly

This ship is for the more mature adults. If you are looking for a lot of action this is not for you.

It is a vista class, due to the amount of glass used. It brightens up the amount of daylight that you can see on board. The staff goes above and beyond.

Quiet comfort

If driving to port, drop off your luggage first. We made the mistake of entering the parking lot first, had to pay the attendant to exit eventhough we told him we needed to drop our luggage. Then we had to reenter after dropping the luggage and had to pay again. Next time we will op from a private parking lot and shutler.

Rent a cabana. That made our trip. Var and Joey were amazing at the retreat.
