I cannot recommend this ship (or its sisters) until HAL devotes a lot more time and a lot more money toward ship's maintenance, better menus and better wine lists.

Onboard Activities
Increasingly poor, low-cost dinner choices in the MDR like veggies and spaghetti-and-meatballs...far too many cheapos costing the line far less. That's gone on for 10-12 years.
Entertainment
Uninteresting, generally, and much reduced in dancers over the past 5-10 years. Austerity measures prevail everywhere.

Long neglected--only now trying belated catch-up maintenance which is years behind.
Cabin / Stateroom
OK, generally, and clean; not too much broken this time, but lots of rusted-out pipes and fittings anywhere outside. Old cabin and TV need help.
Ship tip
Avoid this ship for at least until mid-2017, by which time the line might restore it to decent shape,
