We sailed on the Zenith from Tampa to the Western Caribbean. We noticed at embarkation that the crowd was largely a retirement type of crowd which was fine, but that also meant that much of the entertainment was geared toward that age group. We really aren't into bridge or bingo so the days at sea seemed rather boring. The food was wonderful and our services in the dining room was outstanding. Too bad that was the only outstanding thing on this cruise. Guest relations and the people at the cruise excursion desk were less than helpful and were often just rude. The buffet breakfast and lunch areas were poorly organized and often there were no glasses for juice. This cruise was an overall disappointment. For our next cruise, we'll be heading back to Holland America or Royal Caribbean.
