Amazing Journey

Sail Date: July 30, 2016

Reviewed: 10 months ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

The glaciers were my favorite part, Mendenhall in Juneau and going through Glacier Bay.  The Whale Quest in Juneau was close - we saw dozens of whales, including a breach, seals, orcas, sea lions.

Our only disappointment was the 40 knot winds which prevented the ship from going into Victoria.

On ship dining was delicious, every meal, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment.

Cabin / Stateroom
There were four of us in the cabin and it was only crowded unpacking and repacking. Twin beds, a couch, and a pull down bunk provided separate beds for each of us. There was room for all our gear. Very nice.

We did not get into Victoria, and while our excursion fair was refunded, it was very disappointing.
