This is our second experience with HA. We had a family of 9 people, 5 cabins (3 balconies and 2 suites ) this was a 20 day Med. cruise. The service in the restaurant was unacceptable by both waiters and wine stewards (first to be seated, but last to be served ) continually lost our orders both dinner and wine.
We eventually decided to go to the Pinnacle Grill for the remainder of our cruise. Next, the laundry lost all of our underware,
There is very little in the way of activities on board as compared to Royal Carribean.
This was a very nice ship, and itenerary, but the laundry and dinning situation made for an unacceptable experience !

Pros: size of the ship

Cons: dinning,laundry, activities

Recommends Westerdam? No.
