The Westerdam is a wonderful ship. We were on the older Westerdam, and this newly improved vessel was delightful. Everything was Holland America clean! Good size... not a mega ship. so you did not feel overwhelmed.
The cruise was very smooth, and we did not have the need for sea sickness prevention tools. The rooms were very clean, and our overall experience was terriffic.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
We have had better food on other ships. There is only one "upgrade restaurant" called The Pinacle... which was excellent. otherwise the general food was OK. Lobster nite was disappointing

Entertainment

3 out of 5
not really a show person

Service and Staff

This was the highlight of the trip! Everyone was pleasant, and very service oriented. It really made our overall experience superior. Lots of smiles

Pros: The Service, People, Mgmt
