Voyager of Seas, April 7 Cruise

Sail Date: April 07, 2012

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

i found your website clunky and difficult to navigate. i found the excursion information to be less than i wanted. i found all of the information provided aboard to be less than clear. more importantly, certain parts of the ship were in pretty bad condition, given the cost of the cruise and my expectation based on the reputation of your line. it was my first cruise.

Pros: the time at sea

Cons: certain conditions of the ship

Recommends Voyager of the Seas? No.

Cabin / Stateroom
ok, really, the television was a bad joke. my 9 year old was quite disappointed. the electronics generally were nonexistent. no ipod hookup, no music capacity. the chairs on the balcony were fine, but the paint was all chipped and gone. beds could use an upgrade as well. room 7342, to be specific.
Ship Quality
golf course, disgusting. some of the glass, clouded, including incredibly one pane at the very stern in Windjammer, great table, no view. rust in many spots. railings needed to be refinished. carpets in hallways were in some cases disgusting (check deck 7, for example)
Children's Programs
Food and Dining
staff exceptionally good. portofino great.
Service and Staff
exceptional staff, your people are great.
