The Voyager of the Seas ship was beautiful. The stateroom was spacious and they made excellent use of every inch of it. The bed and bedding was comfortable and it was always kept immaculate by our stateroom attendant. We were very impressed with the quality of the food on the ship, especially in the main dining room. Our kids tried Johnny Rockets and they said it was just like at home except you can order all you want to eat. The shows in the evening were very good. I used the spa and got a great massage and facial. It doesn't quite have the ambiance that you get in a spa on land, but you're on a boat and they have limited space, but it was very relaxing. Only recommendations, bring your own lighted alarm clock. We were in an inside stateroom and it is pitch black. Great for sleeping but you don't have a clue of the time. I waited and booked our excursions once we were on board and didn't have any problems getting any. Highly recommend the kayacking and snorkeling in Honduras. The tour was wonderful and the group was very friendly and made it so much fun. Don't recommend the speedboat excursion in Cozumel unless you want to pay $100 a person to drive a speedboat in a circle.

Food and Dining

Very good and plenty of it. Take the time to go to the main dining room unless you're in a hurry and just want a light snack. The buffet at the Windjammer doesn't offer near the quality of food as the dining room and it was usually overloaded with small kids.

Made great use of space. Plenty of drawers and nice make up vanity area. Plenty of closet space too and the bed was very comfortable. Bring a clock and a nightlight.

Skip the speedboat excursion but the water was beautiful. It was really cold though. We went the week after Christmas and couldn't get in the water, way too cold.

I guess you have to book an excursion because there's nothing to do otherwise. We got off the boat, spent an hour or so at the little shops and got right back on and that's inconvenitent too because there's no dock so you have to take a small boat to shore. It was disappointing.

Kayacking and snorkel excursion! Fabulous. Also don't miss the $5 drinks when you get off the boat. They're great!!!

Pros: Relaxing on a beautiful ship

Cons: December weather is a little unpredictable, but that's no one's fault, just life.
