Fun Family Cruise

Sail Date: March 17, 2007

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Suite

This was a great ship. The amenities were very nice. Great activities for the kids, as well as adults. The staff was friendly. The food was good. The Windjammer restaurant was only so-so, it was usually a crush of people. The secret was to have breakfast and lunch in one of the dining rooms instead. We had ages from 8 to 83 and all had a very nice holiday.

Pros: Lots of activities for everyone

Cons: Not much time at the ports

Recommends Voyager of the Seas? Yes!

San Juan, Puerto Rico
Go to El Morro and then walk back down the hill to the shopping areas. There was not much time at this stop.
Don't Miss: El Morro
Nassau, Bahamas
There was not much time in port - we did a short boat ride and snorkling. I would recommend saving snorkling for another port. I would just explore in town by the port.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
We hired a taxi for a island tour and then were dropped at Coki beach. This was a great beach. Later our taxi driver returned to take us shopping in town. The stores were well worth visiting.

Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
Great fun! The kids loved the Aqua park and water slide. The para-sailing was fun. This was a great stop - very relaxing.
Don't Miss: The Haitian market place -
