A Unique Vacation Experience

Sail Date: January 20, 2007

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

We were overwhelmed with the size of the ship. There was so much offered to do that we were kept busy (which we liked). The ship was like a small city but very clean and well kept. We thought it would be hard to get oriented and find everything but the layout was easy to figure out quickly.

Pros: The various activities offered onboard the ship.

Cons: Not enough time at the different ports of call.

Recommends Voyager of the Seas? Yes!

Nassau, Bahamas
We only had time for a snorkeling excursions, which was very good. Felt we missed out on the local flavor by the limited time we had there.

Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the snorkeling opportunities. The walk to Dragon's breath wasn't impressive. The bbq lunch was fun along with the local entertainers.
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Took an independent tour of new and old parts of cities. Very informative. Also spent time walking to a few historic sites downtown and shopped for gifts.
Don't Miss: Take a tour of the Capital building. Art work and marble a must see.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Do the catamaran sailing & snorkeling trip - it was great! We also did the tram and it was just ok - good view but that was about all. Enjoyed taking a cab into towndown to the straw market.
Don't Miss: Snorkeling - even if you have never done this, they will instruct and provide equipment.
