Embarkation was very simple. We got there early and got on almost immediately. We were booked for a balcony room and upgraded to a suite. This was supposed to be the best on the ship. It was pretty. That's it. That's all that's good to say.Bulbs were out, stoppers didn't work, dust on furniture, jacuzzi broke in tub on the 2nd day, the balcony was re-sanded and painted during our stay and they left a BIG mess ... all on our $$$$$.Now the food. AWFUL. Not as good as we expected...way below par. Norwegian and Carnival had these meals beat. Lobster was raw or chewy. Meat was tasteless. Veggies were overdone. The desserts were good. That's it. Our waiter was excellent...really.The service was fine and he did his very best to make us all happy...too bad he wasn't the cook. They busted two pieces of my luggage too - just to top it all off.Be a long time before we travel with this line. We're glad to be home.
