I HAVE BEEN ON OVER 90 CRUISES ON ALL SHIPS AND LINES, SO THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON CONSIDERABLE EXPERIENCE. I WAS PREVIOUSLY ON EXPLORER OF SEAS, SISTER SHIP TO VOYAGER. THERE IS A SLIGHT DIFFERENCE. BESIDES BEING OLDER THAN EXPLORER, VOYAGER IS NOT AS CLASSY, LUXURIOUS OR AS RICH LOOKING, ALTHOUGH SIMILAR IN DESIGN. FOOD AND SERVICE IS NOT QUITE AT PAR WITH EXPLORER, AND NEITHER IS QUALITY OF ENTERTAINMENT. KIDS PROGRAM ALTHOUGH EXCELLENT, DOES NOT HAVE SAME LEVEL OF COMPUTERS OR OTHER TECH PRODUCTS AS EXPLORER. EMBARKATION IS SWIFT ON BOTH. IN MY OPINION, DINING ROOM ON VOYAGER IN THIS CASE, IS SUPERIOR TO EXPLORER. IN CONCLUSION, ALTHOUGH BOTH SHIPS ARE VERY SIMILAR IN APPEARANCE AND ON BOARD ACTIVITIES, TO ME AT LEAST A HIGHER LEVEL OF SERVICE AND PERSONNEL ARE REPRESENTED ON THE EXPLORER, AND THEREFORE A BETTER CRUISING EXPERIENCE IS DERIVED FROM EXPLORER.ALTHOUGH I AM MORE CRITICAL OF VOYAGER IN THIS REVIEW, IT WILL STILL GIVE YOU A FAR SUPERIOR CRUISE THAN MOST OTHER CRUISE SHIPS OUT THERE. THE SHIP'S BEAUTY, AND VAST AMOUNT OF ONBOARD SHIP ACTIVITIES FAR OUTWEIGHTS THE OTHER NEGATIVE ASPECTS OF THE SHIP.
