I'd have to win a trip or be compensated for our losses to take another voyage on this or any ship for that matter, it's really frightened us. We lost two days and the ship only compensated for one, we never met our headwaiter, nobody knew where our table for dinner was. We've returned exhausted on what was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime. At this stage, until something is done, we are not reccomending this ship at all.

Pros: Portofino Restaurant,Our Stateroom

Cons: Service, Nobody was at the airport to pick us up and the agent from the boat said he was only there to pick up 8 people and the rest of us "were on our own, and remember the boat leaves in 45 mins." We all panicked and this was rude.. also... first of two bags lost.

Recommends Voyager of the Seas? No.

Ship Quality
size,layout, conditions were good -
Food and Dining
Nothing to brag about, rushed us through dinner and we were second seating.
Service and Staff
It appeared nobody really wanted to help unless they were your designated "helpers" for tips. And when we told ONE agent we'd tip him later, he said "well i may not BE BACK later".. I thought this was rude, we tipped him out of sheer embarrassment but why would someone say that?
Entertainment
Its a shame we missed the events, two days worth -
Cabin / Stateroom
thank God our stateroom was comfortable, this was our retreat from the chaos.
Children's Programs
I was impressed with the activities for children
Nassau, Bahamas
lost bags.
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
Steer clear of the flea market unless you want to be mauled by the locals. The dancers were great, they worked hard for they're money an dI wish more people had donated additional money as we did.
