The ship is huge but has problems: things not working, golf course in poor repair. Biggest problems are uneven service and poor information distribution.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Although the food was not exceptional, we ate well. We had a wonderful waiter - Dimitri.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Most of it's pretty standard, although the ice review was very good. The in-room TV programming was lousy, repetitive, and information given out was inaccurate as often as not.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Our own personal attendants were good, but overall, we saw example after example of people not knowing their jobs and seemingly not caring much. We've even written the cruise line about the problems and have been pretty much ignored.

Ship Quality

She's showing her age.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Our balcony on deck 6 was more protected than most balconies and good for a transatlantic voyage.

Pros: fellow passengers

Cons: service/information dissemination

Recommends Voyager of the Seas? No.
