The ship was beautiful as we drove up to it in Barcelona. The embarkation process went very smooth as we had pre registered on-line. I recommend this for everyone as it makes everything so easy at embarkation. Once we were on board we had lunch at the Windjammer Buffet and it was very tasty and there was a great variety of food. Then we found our two cabins. They were spacious, adjoining and overlooked the promenade. This was the first time we did not have an outside balcony room, but we booked last minute so this was the best option available. We then changed our dining to the late seating as we had requested. We prefer the late seating so we are not rushed after coming back on board after the shore excursions. We were pleased to find out that our request could be honored and we ended up at a large table with a very friendly family from Holland (we are from the States). We made some new friends for life. The ports of call were beautiful and it was hard to pick a favorite as we enjoyed them all. I think we liked Rome the best but it is hard to say. We booked all of out tours thru RCI and they were all very well run and we saw everything that was promised and did not feel rushed. The food and service on board was very good and the passengers were a nice mix of all ages and nationalities. Our 17 year-old son also enjoyed this cruise as he has all of the others and seems to find no problem with the night life on the cruises! The crew was superb and the cruise was over way to fast. I definitely recommend this sailing and this ship.
