Have low expectations. Maybe if we hadn't been on so many other cruises, we wouldn't have been so disappointed.

Hidden Gem: Visit Park Cafe on embarkation day and it it's generally not as crowded as the Windjammer. They also have great late night snacks of fruit, soups and salads, etc. They also have chips and cookies. Book one of the Panorama OV's they are priced below and are larger than a balcony!

Our room was a good distance from the mid-ship atrium/elevator area so we didn't have any issues with sound. However, there are lot of big and loud activities taking place there throughout the cruise so I would suggest, if you are sensitive to or concerned about sound, I would keep this in mind.

We always tend to take our own bags when disembarking since it is much easier and less time consuming. In addition if you do not take your own bags when disembarking you are required to have them packed and collected the night prior to disembarkation which is sometimes very inconvenient.

We had early departure so took our own bags ashore and were met by our hire car. good idea to take own bags if leaving early.

The ship isn't too big & doesn't do much late at night, but is great for older couples!

Take your own bags and request an early check out if you can to save yourself the crowds. It is best to pay your seapass statement the day before to avoid long lines the night before embarkation. In addition, watch your alcohol consumption on the ship since it is very expensive.

What can I say. I was so disappointed in the way I was treated on this cruise. No one cared I was yelled at by the hairdresser. And I have proof she was mean to me. Other staff heard her. And the guest service lady. I had her on loud speaker so others heard her as well.
