Review summary

Boarding at Tampa was poorly organized, no communication to those waiting in line.  Disembarking at Tampa was also bad for the same reason.  Just better communication would help.  Delays sometimes can not be avoided but better communication goes a long way.

Food was mediocre except at the upscale Italian restaurant and Chinese restaurant which were great.

Room service with Pat was exceptional - best part of the trip.  She knew all of our names by the second day and greeted us at every opportunity.

The ship itself was pretty and had a lot of options as far as activities.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Expected better food. Lots of repetition as far as menu. Upscale restaurants were excellent.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The entertainment was mostly OK. The theaters screen resolution could be better. There was a comedy act with a man (Record) who sang and told jokes. He was fabulous.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
The kids were kept busy and entertained.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
There were outstanding staff (Pat) and mostly OK staff

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
All rooms were nicely decorated and everything was clean and tidy.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Small. But not used to cruise ship. It was neat, clean and modern looking but small and noisy (squeaking),

Ship tip

Food was just mediocre. Would have eaten at the upscale restaurants each night if we could afford it.
