budget cutting evident

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

What can you say when there is no shampoo in the stateroom, no ice in the stateroom, no chocolate on the pillow, no fridge in the stateroom, and lobster for a charge in the main dining room on formal night?  The food was adequate but nothing stood out.  The only pizza you will find on this ship appears to be late night and there is basically nothing decent to eat on this ship (other than room service) once the Windjammer closes at 9:00pm or 10, I can't remember. Spa was inoperable for the entire cruise. I found the attempts to save money blatant and petty.  I would not book this ship again.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom
The safe in the cabin is outdated and you must forcefully push the keys to get it to work which was very annoying.

Tip

Don't book it.
