Check-in was very organized and fast. Our cabin with a balcony was clean and very well maintained. We had a wonderful cabin attendant. He was fast and efficient! The weather was so-so, leaving fewer outdoor options. Not many poolside activities. Food was not good. Presentation was lacking, and one night's fish was inedible! Wait staff was good, but overall, in comparison, we loved the food and service on Princess - this was not the same. Staff was friendly, but they did not have happy, smiling faces. We sometimes felt like they didn't enjoy their jobs. The entertainment was incredible. The singers and dancers were great. We saw a very funny comedian and a great illustionist - First Rate! Captain's Cocktail Hour was very impressive. Check out was amazingly fast - very well organized and painless! Bags were in well spaced rows and easy to find.
We'll consider another RC cruise, but only on a larger ship.

Pros: The great cabin attendant, the quality of the performers and shows

Cons: the food
