Review SummaryThis was our first cruise so we didn't know quite what to expect. Boarding was very efficient and we were onboard within an hour. Our room wasn't ready yet, but the buffet and pool bar were already hopping.
Vision of the seas offered a variety of activities so we were able to find things we knew we would enjoy. We especially like the trivia and bingo games. The production shows were very good and only lasted an hour so we didn't get bored. The Compass newsletter was delivered to our rooms every night so we could plan which activities to participate in on the following day.
The food at the WindJammer was well prepared and we had many choices. The WindJammer was continuously open until late so food was always available when we were hungry. We mostly ate at the WindJammer, but the Aquarius Dining room had good food the three times we ate there.
We booked three excursions through Royal Carribean and enjoyed all of them. My only complaint is that ordered four excursions and only received tickets for three of them. By the time I realized the error it was to late to book the excursion.
All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. They were always willing to answer questions about life on board.
Our room was small, but had adequate storage for our belongings. They cleaned our room twice a day and provided clean towels whenever we needed them.

Pros: They had excellent shows and great food. Friendly staff.
Cons: We had main dinner seating, which was too early for us.
