Grand windows and a sweeping staircase lend an aura of magnificence to this main dining room.

Our server Ricardo was awesome! He was very attentive and brought us our courses promptly. The overall experience with the dining room itself was obnoxious. The head waiter bugged us about taking the feedback form. We also were doing a my time reservation and they only let use order one course which wasn’t told to us until we ordered new foods we wanted to try. Thankfully we liked them but the entire time we were eating the entire dining room was being broken down and stripped around us. We felt very rushed. Dont have a 9pm dining reservation option if you are closing the galley and turning over all the tables.

Would prefer chairs with no armrests or just wider or the bench/booth area. Service was always great. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Our waiters (Ahmad and Adam) were so attentive and made suggestions based on how they saw we ordered after the first few days. The only meal we missed was Day 6 (A Taste of Mexico) so I can’t speak to that meal but some standouts choices we made were: - Shrimp Cocktail: a small portion, but fresh and enjoyable every time and of course you can always ask for more! - Pecan Crusted Salmon: crunchy and cooked to perfection - Chicken Marsala: very flavorful and a perfect portion for dinner, plus the mashed potatoes were great everywhere on the boat! - Warm Chocolate Cake and the Basked Alaska were personal favorites for dessert, but every dessert we saw come out looked delicious!

Food was just ok. Portions were very small. While I realize no one is going to starve on a cruise, the shrimp Alfredo had four little shrimp sitting on top. That is the same amount as the appetizer and it’s supposed to be a main meal. The New York strip is about 1/4 inch thick so hard to get that medium rare. Appetizers and desserts were repeated often.

Wilson and Ervin were wonderful and friendly servers, as was Johncy the head waiter. Not as many options as they used to have and if you want more than one lobster tail on lobster night, you have to pay for it.

Breakfast and lunch were a waste of time eating here, service was slow and the food was not so good. Dinner was well organize and our waiters were great, the food was very poor in quality and small sized.

Wasn't keen on the menus but staff were brilliant. We had first Alemeo and Parvis then later on Joseph and Parvis. Parvis new our drinks order and had them too us within minutes of being seated. Joseph noticed me struggling with the menu and started getting me dishes not on the menu. He had the chefs make me chicken curry dishes without vegetables which were amazing.
