Review Summary

What really stood out on this cruise, one of over 25 we have taken with all the great cruise lines, is the happy attitude of all the staff, and we mean all the staff.  We were always greeted with smiles by the workers in different areas of the ship, somehow they even called us by name! The Thermal Suite was pure bliss. We had to pay extra to use this quiet spa setting but it was well worth it. We noticed how relaxed and classy this ship was...no x-rated comedians.  Just pure fun and laughs.

We will certainly book this ship again!

Thanks and Holland America

This must be an old ship, the noise levels were terrible. We knew the seal on the cabin door was bad or poorly designed when light came through. The entire cruise our cabin was super noisy from the cabin across the way, their door was closed, our door was closed and we could hear them talking and having fun. The Allure ship we sailed with a few months back was totally 100% opposite. Super quiet.

Ship Tip

The Thermal Suite must be experienced!
