Understaffed! Never again on this ship.

Sail Date: August 09, 2009

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Inside

For first timers only. Experienced travelers know this was a miserably understaffed ship. Help that was there was fine.
Everything was too slow, except evening dining. We've traveled on the Amsterday and Statendam and you'd think they wwere unrelated to this travesty of poor customer service.

Pros: off ship on our own

Cons: lack of people

Recommends Veendam? No.
