just finished panal canal,ship was not ready to sail blew engine ,they canceled most ports and a lot of tours ,under staffed areas of ship not open to public still under reno,elevatore didn't always work ,out break of flu the list goes on, was not my idea of a holiday

lido deck dining wasn't that great,understaffed long line ups,by the time you got thru the line your food was cold.the ceiling dripped all over you and your food,very sad state of affairs,newe staff not always understanding your requests

Entertainment

great shows, advertized as having 2 pools only saw one, rest of activities only so so.Saw a few movie that were alright ,where was the popcorn I saw advertized?

main dining room was great the lido deck was a nightmare

you only get one chance at a good impression,this trip was not enjoyable at all.

took 15 days before they even vaccumed the room or the ship for that matter.

Cons: line-ups nothing worked
