The food and entertainment was excellent. There were two different shows every night of the 10-day Panama Canal cruise and all was very good. There were also movies to watch. The shellfish and Italian food were my favorite. Embarkation was long and confusing but understandable due to 9/11. I felt safe with the security precautions.I also enjoyed the Crown Princess in 1995 on a Caribbean cruise and recommend that ship also.
