Review Summary

We have always preferred princess over other lines and have always recommended them to our friends. After last cruise and being disappointed in entertainment and buffet not so sure if you will be automatically choice. Will be more willing to shop competitors Also when waiting in line at front desk phones are picked up whenever they ring regardless of how many people are in line. I have a picture of all agents on phone, a long line and know at desk. All agents on the phone and the people in line where there first
