Too many gratuity charges hiking up the on-board expenses.

We had $1000 of on-board expenses. Gratuity of $11.50 added to nearly every purchase. Also, advertised that all good and drinks (with the exception of alcohol) are included, but we were charged every time we ordered coffee, juice, and soda.

Besides the charges, we enjoyed the cruise and had a pleasant experience.
