Star Princess Cruise Review to Alaska - Inside Passage
Ship: Star Princess
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 5 years ago
Review SummaryThe ship was large enough to handle rough seas. It was clean throughout (every piece of metal was polished to mirror perfection, glass and mirrors clear, we saw no litter anywhere). It did take awhile to get comfortable with the elevators because all elevators did not go to all decks. The theater was great with a great sound system and lighting for all shows. The on deck large screen was very clear. Chairs in all lounges were very comfortable.

Pros: Very professional and entertaining shows\, movie selections on deck\, in theater and in room\, size of ship made for smoother travel in rough seas\, overall cleanliness of ship\, service provided by entire staff on board\, ease of embarking and disembarking (smoothest and quickest we've seen).
Cons: The efforts (and cost) to sell goods (particularly photos and art) was very intrusive.
