We, 3 sisters and 1 brother, sailed on the Star Princess to Alaska from June 8-15, 2008, she is beautiful!!! We all really enjoyed the 2 sitdown restauants. We also enjoyed the Sky Lounge, I was surprised more people weren't up there, the view was fabulious!!! Everyone was so friendly and their service was wonderful. We had a great room steward and he was very friendly. To top everything else we had the prefect weather.

We were amazed how quickly many of the staff remembered us and they were so friendly. One of the photographers called us Charlie's Angels and took a picture of us possed as Charlie's Angels.

Us girls had a room for 3. It was great how the 3rd bed stored in the ceiling during the day. Also the beds are very comfortable. We had lots of room for our clothes. We really enjoyed having a balcony, we had the door open every night.

We were one day to early for the Summer hours so alot of things were closed because we were there for only the evening hours from 5pm to 11pm. The city is beautiful and the tourist shops were open.

The White Pass Railroad is a must!! We took the bus up and the Train down, that way you get to see both sides of the landscape along river. We also enjoyed shopping in the old town.

Highly recomend going to a glacier, we took a helicopter ride and walked on the glacier for about 20 minutes. Also the Tram ride was great, you get a great overview of the area.
