Royal Carribean does excellent job. I will miss this ship. Second time we have been on it. Oldy but goody. Staff well trained and organized. Food and entertainment excellent. Love the solarium with pool, more quiet and offered more protection from sun. Spa services were top notch. I had three massage services Disappointed in cost for beverages. 9.00 for glass of wine. Beverage packages were very expensive. Hard to make worth your while if you are off ship during the day. Did not miss going to or paying for specialty restaurants as the food in dining room and in wind jammer were very good. Would have liked more time on the islands. Excellent security on ship. I appreciated emphasis on hand washing to prevent disease outbreaks. Loved the movies on outdoor screen and blankets to keep us warm! Can not comment on casino as we did not go there.

State rooms larger than newer ships. Well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

Large in size compared to other ships. Lots of storage. Hairdryer included. Comfortable beds. Excellent heat/air control.

Ship Tip

Excellent Ben and Jerrys icecream in the library. Nice secluded sunning area near spa. Have to walk through gym to get there. Four times round track equals a mile!

You will want to spend a day in venice prior or after cruise. Easy boat/taxis from ship port to St Mark's square.

Look for artists inshops, found some nice unique jewerly. Walk the steps to the monastery!

We hired private taxi to take us around and give us private tour. Very cost comparable to shore excursions.

Beautiful but expensive. Walk outer border of town along shore line: little venice and up to windmills. Fun shopping and eating

More time needed to visit nature preserve (loggerhead turtles) and enjoy beautiful beaches.
