A nice cruise

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

This was our second trip, but the first with Royal Caribbean.
Unfortunately the trip was delayed due to a medical emergency.
For that reason, we were delayed, and everything fall. The waiting in line was horrible, around 3 hours, standing, by the time we arrived to our room was 11:30 pm. The Trip to Cozumel was short due to the delay and we have to wait once more time before we arrive in Mexico. Everything was unorganized.
I think that the personnel at the Royal Caribbean tried but was not enough to put peaple at ease, Everybody was hot and unhappy

Pros: the shows at night, and the room was clean.

Cons: The food was served at the King and I, was sometimes cold and the steak hard to bite

Recommends Splendour of the Seas? No.

Cozumel, Mexico
We did not have anough time to visit Cozumel because was a delayed with the ship and arrive in Mexico around 12 am and we need to return at 4 pm
