I just came back from the October 3 sailing from Boston to New England and Canada. The ship was stunning. The crew was fabulous. Our cabin attendant was very accomodating. The dining room staff was superb, as was the food, although avoid the Windjammer for dinner. The cabin, a balcony cabin on deck 7, was spacious. The entire staff was accomodating to us as my wife uses an electric wheelchair, and they took the extra care to maneuver her on and off the tenders in Portland and bar Harbor. The tour guides also treated her very well and were constantly checking her safety and comfort. My gratitude goes out to all of them. Embarkation wasn't too bad, but debarkation needs a lot of improvement. This was our 2nd cruise on Royal Caribbean, and there will be more. We're very pleased with their attention to detail while on board, especially with the physically challenged, which numbered quite a few on this cruise. We look forward to sailing with them again. A truly splendid ship, the Splendour is!
