Embarkation/ Debarkation: This is the only area that RCCL needs to improve. The lines for those checking in at the pier were not seperated from those of us who checked in at the hotel (RCCL Package). The process jammed up at the top of the escalator where I had to hit the emergency stop to prevent people from tumbling over each other. Upon Debarkation, there were minimal numbers of representatives to point passengers in the right direction for the airport shuttles. The food was excellent and the entertainment was delightful. The crew was very pleasant and enhanced the experience. We loved Captain Per Moen's updates from the bridge. The ship was truly "splendid." The only other complaint had nothing to do with RCCL. Some passengers need to grow up and learn not to let the attention to service go to their big heads. Some treated the waiters and bartenders like their personal slaves and it was offensive. If anyone takes offense to this comment, go on Carnival and leave Royal Caribbean to us adults. We will DEFINITELY cruise with Royal Caribbean again.
