My wife, and I were traveling with our three children. This was our first cruise with Royal Caribbean. There was a medical emergency on the trip before ours; so our entire trip was delayed and we had to WAIT in lines many times throughout the trip. Once we arrived we had to WAIT in line for three hours with our children. Royal Caribbean made no accommodations for us. We finally were on the ship 6 hours later that scheduled with very tired and hungry little ones. Our vacation was cut short, and off to a bad start. The next day we had to wait in line again because all of our credit card information had been lost at check in . Getting on and off the ship was terrible- we had to wait in crowded lines for over an hour.
