Review SummaryOverall, the ship was very nice. The food was very good and was well presented and served by a very pleasant and friendly dining room staff. The cabin staff were also helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I had difficulty dealing with the Guest Relations Staff, one of whom simply stared into my face and had no facial expression when talking to me. The cabins were tiny. Much smaller than any other cruise ship I have been on. It was particularly irksome that there was no safe in the room. We did get a safe deposit box at guest relations, but didn't use it as there was usually a long line of people. We were also delayed getting to the Bahamas which resulted in a the cancellation of a swim with the dolphins tour which a member of our party was particularly looking forward to. She was offered a discount on the snorkelling trip the next day as compensation. The worst thing was that there was no explanation as to why we were late - and the staff truly couldn't have cared less. A little bit of sympathy would have gone a long way .
Overall, we did have a good time, but we would definitely not cruise with Royal Caribbean again.
Pros: Cabin staff, dining room staff
Cons: Guest Relations staff
