Review SummaryWe purchased our cruise through Expedia. They had a 100.00 onboard credit promotion from royal caribbean. When we asked why it was not on our account they said they new nothing about it. I called Expedia from the ship they said it was a royal carribean promotion so it was not their problem. Sooooo about 8 phone calls later and dealing with a very very rude guest service staff, I still have not credit. As a matter of fact no one one that cruise Sept 8th - 12th had gotten the on board credit offered through expedia when we got off the ship. Amazing, we pay for a cruise in a timely manner and pay our account owed. yet we are treated rudely when we ask for what we were sold. Forget Royal Caribbean, we are going back to Holland America!!!!
