Overall, the ship was fairly well maintained. Not having been on a cruise prior to this, we were a bit surprised at the small staterooms. There were no seats other than the bed.

The number of TV channels were very small. We counted around 25. Fox News was not able to be seen for half the trip. Times when it was received, the picture froze, lost audio etc. CNN and all the other channels seemed to have no difficulty. They did not carry the Food Network.

The only other negative was that the Internet was dreadfully slow as they used a very old internet protocol (802.11b) for data in and out. It was also very expensive at 50 cents a minute or $25 per hour with no refund for unused time.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was very good with only one poor choice at dinner. A tempura dish was laden with a soggy bread coating rather than being crisp.

We attended some art auctions and a variety show. Well done. The captains reception was enjoyed.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. While we had no special needs, I am sure they would have been attended to in a timely manner

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was well maintained and overall in very good condition for a vessel that was 20 years old and celebrated the event during our cruise.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
As mentioned, staterooms were tiny. For me the mattress was too hard but my wife was not bothered by this. There were plenty of clean towels and linens were changed every day.

We spent most of the time walking the island and looking at the open air stalls selling various items.

We took the Atlantis tour which was very interesting. The Atlantis hotel is spectacular and the aquarium is amazing,.
Don't Miss: The Atlantis tour.

Pros: A very friendly and attentative crew

Cons: Staterooms are smaller than expected
