My Bahamas Cruise

Sail Date: September 21, 2007

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

The dining room food and the servers were absolutely the best. The pool area was also very nice. Bar service was also great. My biggest complaint was that the beds were just terrible. The rooms were entirely too small and the plumbing system was in disaray. The shower would not drain, water stayed in the shower and bathroom floor most of the time. At times you could hear the drain system gurgling. At 5:30 am room service delivered ice to our room (that we did not order) which was quite disturbing. The cabin attendants were below par. Most of the time the cabin was only cleaned once per day.

Pros: The dining room had excellent food and service.

Cons: The Stateroom.

Recommends Sovereign of the Seas (RETIRED)? No.
