Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Inside

The ship was dirty and even with the rennovations seemed very old. The hotel staff was mediocre and even when they messed up and gave me a moldy smelling cabin did nothing other than move me to another moldy cabin! The cabin stewards were all very nice and did a wonderful job. Dining room staff also very friendly. Spa services were wonderful but overpriced.

Pros: Spa

Cons: Overall ship and customer service

Recommends Sovereign of the Seas (RETIRED) 232? No.
